| The log press medley on day two might be changed to a press medley instead. The decision will be made at the end of this week due to lack of logs. If it is a press medley there will probably be a one handed dumbell press either right or left hand150 - 175lb (in that range) and two logs one at 310 and the other 250-270 lb and the other weight either being a rock or a barbell weight to be determined.

| sorry jason iu have to drop out from your comp i got hurt thursday at work i tore the tendon in my elbow i had surgury on saturdayand it is in a cast for 6 weeks i am still attempting to put on the comp here but am finding it hard to get the sponsors for prize money but will see what happenes in the next month if it isnt worked out by the middle of june then i am going to cancell it

| That is something I don't know, I have never seen any of this gear before it is all being mabe by Danny. All I know is the Car Dl frame is mine. I think the handles are 1 &1/4'' and 17'' pick. I think Danny said something about 2 feet apart , but that sounds close.

| The start time for the Sydney comp is going to be 1pm each day. We have a hotel that will be giving us a discounted rate for rooms for athletes and family and friends coming to watch. The hotel wants to know really soon how many rooms to reserve. If i could get number of rooms required and wether you want to share a room with someone i can get that info to the hotel ASAP. Some people have mentioned about coming up the night before to save on traveling if this is your plan you'll still be able to get the discounted rate
