| Thats a good idea. Danny you have a yoke, crowd loves the yoke, or arm over arm would be easy. That would make a better spread for the events.

| That would work good , I think you could do progressive max with one log. load the weight after every rep. that way it is very hard. We did that on friday and it worked very well I got 210lb log for max...

| The log press medley on day two might be changed to a press medley instead. The decision will be made at the end of this week due to lack of logs. If it is a press medley there will probably be a one handed dumbell press either right or left hand150 - 175lb (in that range) and two logs one at 310 and the other 250-270 lb and the other weight either being a rock or a barbell weight to be determined.

| sorry jason iu have to drop out from your comp i got hurt thursday at work i tore the tendon in my elbow i had surgury on saturdayand it is in a cast for 6 weeks i am still attempting to put on the comp here but am finding it hard to get the sponsors for prize money but will see what happenes in the next month if it isnt worked out by the middle of june then i am going to cancell it
