Cool did terry tell you about the distance between the handles?

If not between 24-27 should be great.

Did some Gym lifts tonight.

Squat
675x5
765x1 this felt easy but the rack at the gym is not set for my height I could not unrack 800.

DL
675x4
765x1 hard lift.

Bench
455x5
545x1 raw.

20' rack pulls
765x10
855x5
945x1 very very hard took me about 15sec to lock it out.

3 lift total 2075 I was driving for 2100 and with the bench shirt I will get it.

Hello,
I am 21 and starting to get involved in strongman. I was wondering on any tips and where there are places to train. I only have a few of the impliments. Do they drug test in the sport? I have so many questions. Thank you

Wow! congrats Grant. You've worked very hard for that honor......
Possibly for future local comps, we'd be able to advertise "professional Grant Conners" to make guest appearance and demo?
Nice crowd draw....
Congrats once again bro.

Hey guys I got great news from USA today I am now a pro strongman and can get into those big shows like the Super series. This is great because the door is wide open and I have nothing to loose and everything to gain. I will Try out for 2 of the shows next year and If I qualify the next step from there is WSM. That is still a long step but one I am going to work my ass off for all year.

The main reason for me sharing this is to let everyone know that I can no longer compete in local shows or I will loose my pro stat. I will still help out as much as I can and I am training justin to take over where I left off. Of course I will be doing the Atlantics, It is a pro stat show because of the CSM.

Jimmy if you are reading this we can still work something out I'm sure.
