One of those punches would be like getting hit with a frozen ham- After the first round I was thinking Couture was going to take him but it's hard when a guy possesses one punch knockout power- Got off work at midnight and went to Boston Pizza and caught the main event :))

There is a new UFC champ. F#%$n sucks.

I will say one thing the man packs a punch.

Guest Terry wrote: Thursday, November 13, 2008 - 4:31 PM

Your way ahead of me- I flipped my smaller tire 8 times and was only able to get a bit of light under the bigger one. The smaller one is about the size I need for training and the big one works for humbling for now. Keep me posted as you start moving it for reps.

Guest Grant wrote: Thursday, November 13, 2008 - 1:00 PM

Hey Terry I made it back with the tire. I got pete to help me unload it, I fliped it as soon as I took it off. That thing is heavy.
