Grant,
That would be awesome.

Tim,
Yes I still have it, and it's not completely buried by snow. It's 190 raw and has posts for standard weights. Here's a picture of the log, except it's red. It's handles are wider than standard logs.

Hi Jason M.,

a bit delayed but wondering if you still have that extra strongman log you were planning to sell...

I am still interested.

Also, how much does it weigh...

Hey guys!

This past summer I hosted a PEI competition for beginners during our Community Days at Naturally Fit and Friendly Pharmacy. All proceeds from the days' activities were donated to the MS Society. All athletes and volunteers contribruted their time and efforts towards the days' events. This year, we are holding a 4 man or woman or mixed team competition for the same reason. We have a team coming down from Quebec to participate. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll start compiling team names. There will be various levels of events so experienced/non experienced will be able to participate. It was a blast last year and this year will be a great day.
Just throwing it out there if anyone was wanting to compete in a "non competitive" atmosphere for a great cause.
The projected date is August 24th. I'll post events and confirmed date as soon as it's concrete.

Right on brother! We'll be hosting the Eastern Canadians in the Fall on PEI as well and possibly the 2010 Nationals.

Take care!

Hey folks! The PEI PROVINCIAL POWERLIFTING AND BENCH PRESS COMPETITION will be held at Colonel Gray Senior High School next Saturday the 24th. Some of you guys were interested but I haven't received any entry forms as of yet. If you are still interested and just haven't gotten around to sending off the form, give me a call or email me @ jay@nfpei.ca or 902-367-7224 and we can reserve a spot for you. Here's the link to the form if you need it. I would have to have a call for confirmation if you are sending off the forms. Weigh in is 8am and lifting starts at 10 am sharp. There will be two National judges on hand so any records broken will be official. Cheers! http://powerlifting.ca/calendar.html
