Hey Chris H,
Maybe you can team up with Alex for our team strongman in late August for charity? We all know you don't need to train for the event....just show up and show us all how it's done old school!
Take care bro!
J

Guest Danny Sutherland wrote: Wednesday, March 25, 2009 - 8:11 PM

hey grant can you sign Mike Macdonald and Steve Mackenzie up for the atlantics. They are two local powerlifters aged 19 and 20 i think. Mike placed second in the world last year in his weight class and they are both really excited to try out a strongman competition

Guest Grant wrote: Tuesday, March 24, 2009 - 3:16 PM

If they can't get one built than yes mine. They said they were building it the same as mine. Im also pretty sure the bar will be in the front, the same as CSM.

It is my understanding that We are lifting a truck full of girls. another girl will be added with each rep. somewhat like you did alex with the sand bags. Except when the last rep is complete you rep it out, this will prevent ties. Time will prob not even factor with this event. Girls may be loaded slower for some than others and this will prevent any of that. They still may get some ties but can't win them all.
