KEITHS in halifax, tell them what you are looking for and they will give them to you I got 10 from them 2 years ago. I think you need to contact Olands though I can't remember.

yes if it was that simple between a few of us we could probally make quite a athlete.hope everyone has a good winter of training.

Not Bad I almost got the 5th stone. I had a PR on the yoke 100ft 870lbs 21sec. And even though I dislocated my finger on the tire I still did better than CSM I got like 80ft. I was one of the fiew that even picked the last train wheel. The farmers were bad The first set were easy the second set had like 2'' handles and were about 18'' thick. Very hard to walk with. I had a good truck pull, but was just out pulled. The herc-hold , i messed that up big time I thought I had all the slack out of the cars, but found out very fast that I did not. I went from 3rd to 9th , back and forth depending on the events, The Car hold is still easy for me I put down at 1min43sec. I can prob get 2min10sec for sure.

All in all I was happy and pissed. MY grip is the only thing holding me back from the top guys right now, you can't get last in shows like that and expect to finish on top. It is going to be a log winter of grip training, I will fix the issue soon. unless you want to give up some of your grip big man.
